Portugal-based Jet Republic's new "Free to Fly" program offers clients what appears to be a somewhat different twist on standard fractional-share deals. Buyers purchase an entire Learjet 60XR, which the company will buy back at 50 percent of original cost in five years.

The Dish: Sin in a Tin This perfectly named chocolate pâté, which is laced with 60-percent Belgian bittersweet chocolate, is created from an old French recipe. But it isn't the recipe that makes it special as much as the proper assembly of ingredients, said the chef. The dessert can be served plain or with fresh berries.

I must admit I've been treated royally during my stay here at Camp Ryabaga, above the Arctic Circle. In fact, I can't remember when I've been so pampered so far from home. Ten anglers fed by three chefs, looked after by four housekeepers, with five helicopter mechanics, a massage therapist and doctor on standby-30 staff altogether-evokes in one a blush of guilt. But one soon gets over it.
