Despite concessions by NetJets Europe in a new contract offering in December, the company's pilots are moving to form their own union through the new NetJets European Pilots Association. At press time, a group made up of some of the pilots was expected to incorporate as a trade union under French law and to affiliate with the UK-based Independent Pilots Association.

Verizon Airfone has notified customers that it will continue to provide Teledyne Control MagnaStar users with air/ground communications through at least Dec. 31, 2007. Verizon will also accept new service agreements with the understanding that they may end on that date.
