Dassault Falcon 7X Cabin Interior

Putting the VIP Touch into Bizjets

A rare, behind-the-scenes tour shows how Dassault builds cabin interiors.

Before any business jet manufacturer delivers an airplane to a buyer, a lot of work goes into completing the cabin.  To give you an idea of what that work involves, Business Jet Traveler visited Dassault’s completions center in Little Rock, Arkansas. The manufacturer assembles aircraft in its factory in France, and then flies them across the Atlantic to receive customer-specificed cabinets, seats, carpeting, headliners and other components for the cabin interior. Dassault uses a 3D design workflow throughout the manufacturing process, brining traditional carpentry and leatherworking into the 21st century.
