Very proud to read of how this courageous woman started with nothing and build herself to this stage. Good for you and I am so proud to have sat and talked to such an amazing, down to earth and humble person. God bless you!

Findng an extreme detail oriented woman is hard as such a feat doesn't come naturally for a woman. Not the type at business level. It's related to focus. Extreme focus, something which is more suitable to men. Think of the type of focus needed in Chess, Physics or Mathematics.

By extension, having three women, including miss Holifield at the top is odd to me. What are the odds of having three women who can focus at the level of execs? Very slim.
