Cessna Executive Speaks Up for Business Aviation

"Everyone in our industry should consider himself [an] ambassador," said Robert Stangarone, Cessna's vice president of corporate communication, in a speech last week at the British Business and General Aviation Association. "Business aviation supports 1.2 million jobs across the U.S.," Stangarone noted. "Equally, thousands of European jobs depend on our industry. And companies that use business aviation are more productive than their competitors." Stangarone concluded that the industry is "making good headway" toward the goal of getting its message out to the general public "but we have to keep working."
