More Honors for BJT

At its yearly convention in Chicago on August 4, the American Society of Business Publication Editors named Business Jet Traveler a national finalist for Magazine of the Year. Finalists "stood out for their strong writing, understanding of their target audience and intriguing design, according to the judges of ASBPE's 33rd annual editorial competition.

In the same contest, BJT's Buyers' Guide won an award in the Best Buyers' Guide category for the third year in a row. Our 2008 inaugural edition earned a Bronze Award; our 2009 guide won a Gold Award; and now, our 2010 guide has received a Silver Award.

BJT has now earned 14 major journalism awards from five organizations since 2005. In addition to the ones mentioned above, we have received four other national and regional awards from ASBPE; three national awards for Best Transportation-Travel Magazine in the Folio: editorial competition; an Aerospace Journalist of the Year Award; an Aviation Journalism Award from the National Air Transportation Association; and a Gold Wing award from the National Business Aviation Association.
