Satcom Direct (
www.satcomdirect.com), a provider of satellite voice, fax and Internet data services, has introduced a plan called Satcom On Site (SOS). SOS includes the company's Global One Number phone service, 24/7 technical support, the most recent satcom system configurations, access to the company's Plane Simple account-management program, ATS position reporting and full activation and system setup.

A premier-level plan covers the same benefits, plus technical and IT support and customized training at the customer's facility. System installation authorization includes Swift64, Swiftbroadband and router configuration, as well as operational checkout and setup.
