Charles Alcock is editor-in-chief of AIN Publications, which includes BJT, Aviation International News and a variety of airshow dailies. He once planned to become a political reporter but says he stumbled, through sheer dumb luck, into covering the aviation industry. In 25 years, he has never looked back. When he's not on working for AIN, he's in the kitchen subjecting his family to his own brand of experimental cuisine.
