Dichter, the founder and former CEO of jet-card company Marquis Jet, has resigned as vice chairman of NetJets. He will continue to serve in an advisory capacity at NetJets for the next year, focusing on the company's branding, product development and owner engagement. Dichter said he wants to return to his first love of being an entrepreneur and focus on building the next "game-changer." He founded Marquis Jet in 2001 and sold the firm to NetJets in 2010.
