Cessna Now Owns All of CitationAir

Cessna Aircraft has completed its acquisition of CitationAir, a business-aviation flight-services provider that it cofounded in 2000 as a 50-50 joint venture with TAG Aviation Holding. Cessna, which gradually acquired a greater share of the company, recently owned 92 percent of it and has now acquired the remaining 8 percent. CitationAir, which changed its name from CitationShares last October, is based in Greenwich, Conn. It operates a fleet of 80 Citations and offers jet cards, fractional jet shares and aircraft management.
