Private Jets Deliver Home Shoppers to Foreclosed Mansions

Luxury Homes of Las Vegas and JetSuite Air have teamed up to offer complimentary private jet flights to foreclosed luxury homes. The first such trip, on April 17, departed from Los Angeles and included visits to three bank-owned Las Vegas mansions, each with more than 10,000 square feet of living space. According to Luxury Homes, subsequent tours may leave from Orange County, Calif.; San Diego; San Francisco; Phoenix; and Salt Lake City. To join one of the tours, which employ JetSuite's fleet of Embraer Phenom 100 very light jets (see photo), real estate shoppers have to show "proof of funds and net worth sufficient to purchase a luxury home."
