Chinese Business Jet Operator Buys Five Gulfstreams

Gulfstream has signed a sales agreement with Hainan Airlines Group for five large-cabin business jets, including one long-range G450 and four ultra-long-range G550s. The airline's business-jet subsidiary, Deer Jet, will operate the aircraft, which will enter service in 2012. Deer Jet, based in Beijing, owns or manages more than 20 Gulfstream aircraft, making it the largest Gulfstream operator in China.
