Inside Dassault’s New Falcon 10X

Building on technology developed for earlier members of Dassault’s Falcon family of business jets, the flight deck of the latest 10X model further improves the manufacturer’s EASy cockpit philosophy. The add-ons include new display and control features such as enhanced head-up displays, touchpad devices, and an integrated single-control Smart Throttle that controls both the aircraft’s engines. The Smart Throttle borrows from technology pioneered in Dassault’s Rafale fighter aircraft. BJT sister publication Aviation International News previewed the 10X flight deck with the company's chief test pilot, Philippe Duchateau.
