BJT Parent Company Acquires Aircraft Valuation Company AircraftPost
AIN Media Group adds a key property to its portfolio.
BJT parent company AIN Media Group has acquired AircraftPost, a provider of facts-based insight, analysis, and statistics pertaining to business jets and their real-time market values. The addition of AircraftPost to AIN Media Group’s suite of products builds on AIN’s growth strategy by adding a key property to its new data division, complementing its award-winning publishing and events divisions and recognizing expanded revenue opportunities.
“This acquisition represents a milestone in our ongoing mission to be the leading provider of independent business aviation news, journalism, content, data, marketing services, and events,” said AIN Media Group president Ruben Kempeneer.
“After two decades of building this business with passion and dedication, it’s an honor to see it enter a new chapter with a company that shares our values and vision,” said Dennis Rousseau, AircraftPost’s founder. “I truly believe that AIN Media Group is the ideal home for what we've created, and I'm excited to see how the combined AIN and AircraftPost team build on our legacy to take it to even greater heights.”
Jo-Anne Arruda, most recently AircraftPost’s chief operating officer, has joined the AIN team as the group’s head of data and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the data division, including AircraftPost.
AircraftPost will continue providing real-time intelligence, including detailed aircraft pricing and specifications, as well as side-by-side aircraft comparisons. Under Jo-Anne Arruda’s leadership, the AIN data team will build on AircraftPost’s services to deliver more value to the business aviation community. AIN will continue to explore new opportunities in the data arena to complement its existing business.
